Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time an order is placed. Because each order is custom-prepared and production planning begins once an order is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Once production has begun or materials have been purchased specifically for an order, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited. Rush and next-day orders are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
Rescheduling
Customers may request one reschedule, subject to The Sweetest Affair's availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance.
Refunds
Because each order is custom-prepared and production planning begins once an order is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided for canceled, forfeited, or missed orders, including those that fall under our Pickup & Delivery Policy.
